Cut from our 23 pound clothbound wheels, these beautiful big wedges feature our most aged cheeses. Normally shipped sealed in wax, but tell us if you would prefer vac-sealing. Please note that the more aged the cheese, the more powerfully sharp it will typically be--which can be too sharp for many!
