Crowley wheels are our signature product. These cheeses are cloth-bound and waxed by hand.
Please Note: We normally ship the wheels in wax and without the cheesecloth under the wax (to make them easier to cut), but they are also available vacuum sealed, with or without the cheesecloth, on request. Please leave a note in the "Order Comments" on checkout.
